(OPEN) Energetic and Outdoorsy Nanny/Family Assistant Needed for Three Fun Boys in Fairport, NY!

Schedule: M, W, Th, 10:30am to 6:30pm
Compensation: $23–30/hour DOE

A busy and loving family in Fairport, NY is seeking a reliable, proactive, and warm Nanny/Family Assistant to join their household this December! With two working parents and three energetic boys, they’re looking for someone who can bring calm organization to their bustling home while creating a fun and nurturing environment for the children.
The family’s ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a lively household filled with laughter, play, and pets (they have three friendly dogs!). Their three boys—ages 9, 5, and 3.5—are curious, imaginative, and full of personality. They love books, music, and exploring the woods on the family’s five-acre property, balanced with relaxation, movies, and games. The parents describe themselves as laid-back and flexible but appreciate a caregiver who knows when to take charge, set boundaries, and keep the day running smoothly.
The position will include a mix of childcare and family assistant responsibilities. Core duties while children are in school include daily morning kitchen cleanup, including unloading and loading dishwasher, children’s laundry,
switching out sheets and making beds as needed, tidying of children’s bedrooms and play area, and letting the dogs out as needed.
In the early afternoon, the nanny will be tasked with pick-ups from school and afternoon care with snacks, playtime, and occasional adventures to parks or other local spots. Someone proactive and self-directed will be a wonderful fit!

Requirements:
2+ years of childcare experience
CPR/First Aid certified
Safe, reliable vehicle with 4WD for family’s driveway in the winter
Comfortable with dogs
