(OPEN) Highly Organized & Self-Starting Household Manager for Busy & Active Family in Pittsford, NY!
Age of Children: 16, 12, and 9 years old
Start Date: ASAP, no later than December 2026
Schedule: M-F, approximately 11am–7pm, with occasional overnight support when parents travel
Compensation: $60,000–70,000/year DOE

A busy and active family in Pittsford, NY is seeking an extremely organized, proactive, and engaging Household Manager to help keep their home running smoothly while supporting their three school-aged children! With the children involved in numerous school, sports, and extracurricular activities, the family is looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of household organization, daily logistics, and afternoon support while becoming a trusted and positive presence in the children's lives.
Responsibilities will include tidying and decluttering, organizing children's spaces, laundry, dishes, pantry and mudroom organization, grocery replenishment, packing school lunches, preparing healthy snacks and children’s dinners 1–2 days per week, and keeping household routines on track. The role will also include local transportation to afternoon activities, homework help if desired, and occasional pet care for the family's two dogs. The family would love someone who can help create and manage a chore chart, encouraging the children to take ownership of age-appropriate household responsibilities.
The children are hardworking, active, and involved in sports and activities. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with older children, encouraging their interests and independence, and serving as a positive role model. Occasional overnight care for kids and/or pets may be needed for additional compensation.
The family places a very high value on organization, initiative, and self-sufficiency. They are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, identify opportunities to make family life easier, and take action without extensive direction or micromanagement. Discretion and trustworthiness are especially important, as the family highly values their privacy.

Requirements:
2+ years of professional childcare and/or household management experience
Safe and reliable vehicle
CPR/First Aid certified
