(OPEN) Organized & Dedicated After-School Nanny/Family Assistant for Active Pittsford Family!

Ages of Children: 14, 11, and 6-year-old twins

Start Date: ASAP (flexibility to start into early/mid November)

Schedule: M-F, approximately 20 guaranteed hours per week, typically 12:30-6 PM, with flexibility on start times

Compensation: $25-30+/h DOE

A welcoming returning client family in Pittsford is seeking an experienced, dependable Nanny/Family Assistant to support their busy household and four wonderful children! Their current provider is relocating out of state, and the family is hoping to find someone who will be a wonderful fit and is genuinely excited to make a long-term commitment. With the children involved in school, sports, and activities, they are excited to connect with a thoughtful provider who can help keep afternoons and household routines running smoothly.

This role combines after-school childcare with hands-on household support. Responsibilities include spending afternoons with the children, driving them to sports and activities, and creating a positive, structured environment at home. Household duties include family laundry, meal prep, grocery stocking, errands, and occasional household projects. As a busy family of 6, ensuring that laundry and general tidying are consistently being completed is a particularly important part of the role. Household tasks can be completed before the children arrive home, and the family is flexible on start times, with most days wrapping up around 5:30-6:00 PM. A family vehicle will be provided for work-related driving.

The children are outgoing, energetic, and enjoy sports, arts, and outdoor play. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with school-aged children while balancing fun with clear expectations and follow-through. Someone organized, adaptable, and proactive who naturally notices what needs to be done will be a wonderful fit.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional childcare experience

CPR/First Aid certified
