Ages of Children: 8, 6, and 4 years old

Schedule: M/T/Th/F 3:00–6:00 PM. The family is open to expanding hours for the right candidate, either by adding early morning support, early afternoon hours, or Family Assistant responsibilities for a before-and-after-school or expanded afternoon role for up to 25-30 total hours per week
Compensation: $20–$30/h DOE

Both parents are professionals with demanding schedules and are looking for a reliable caregiver who can provide consistency, structure, and positive engagement.

The core of the role involves after school routines, assisting with transportation to and from activities, helping with homework, and keeping the kids engaged without reliance on screens.
