(FILLED) Experienced, On-Location Temporary Nanny for Film Industry Family with Infant in Buffalo, NY!

Age of Child: 6 months

Contract Dates: February 1st–20th (approximate)

Schedule: 7 days per week. Monday–Friday: up to 10–12+ hours per day while on set. Weekends: approximately 6–8 hours per day. Flexibility for extended days and overnights is required.

Compensation: $30–$35/h DOE

A kind, high-profile Mom will be in Buffalo, NY for approximately three weeks this February to film on location and is seeking an exceptionally experienced, calm, and adaptable full-time nanny to care for their 6-month-old daughter! This is a short-term, high-demand role with coverage needed 7-days-per-week. This immersive role will take place primarily on location and on set, requiring a caregiver who is comfortable working in professional production environments and supporting an infant throughout long filming days.

While details are still being finalized, the nanny can anticipate providing full-day care on set in a private, designated space arranged for feeding, naps, and play. Depending on the day’s schedule, responsibilities will also include transporting the child back to the family’s nearby residence in the evening, supporting the bedtime routine, and remaining overnight on select weekdays if needed. A private bedroom will be provided. Weekend coverage will also be required to allow the parent time to rest, reset, and prepare for the upcoming week.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced with infants and confident managing long, consecutive workdays without scheduled days off. Strong knowledge of infant sleep schedules, bottle feeding, and the introduction of early solids (purees, oatmeal, soft foods) is essential. The child is on a predictable two-nap schedule, travels well, and thrives with attentive, engaged care, books, stroller walks, and calm, responsive interaction!

This position requires a nanny who is highly professional, focused, and discreet. Experience working with families in the entertainment industry or in other high-privacy, on-location environments is strongly preferred. The nanny must be comfortable adhering to strict confidentiality expectations, including no phone use, photography, or social media posting while on set or in private workspaces. Willingness to sign an NDA will be required.

The nanny must be a safe, confident driver with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle. Flexibility, emotional maturity, and the ability to remain calm, nurturing, and organized through long and unpredictable days are critical to success in this role.
