(OPEN) Energetic and Proactive Full-Time Nanny Needed for Active, Creative Family in Liverpool, NY with Travel!

Ages of Children: 1-year-old twins and 3-year-old

Start Date: February 2026 (flexible)

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40–50 hours per week. Preferred core hours of M-F 11:00am–8:00pm with some flexibility.

Compensation: $25–30+/h, DOE

A warm, busy, and creative family in Liverpool, NY is seeking an experienced, energetic full-time nanny to partner with them in caring for their three young children! Dad works long, seasonal hours in a demanding job, so Mom is often managing solo and is looking for a true teammate who can jump in, anticipate needs, and help keep things running smoothly day to day.

This is a highly hands-on role centered around active childcare, creativity, and connection. The family values music, arts, and nature-based play, and they would love to work with a nanny who enjoys singing, dancing, crafting, being outdoors, and encouraging imaginative play. The children have distinct personalities: the oldest is expressive, social, and loves to chat and dance, while the twins are entering toddlerhood — one adventurous and high-energy, the other more cautious and observant.

Mom works from home and will be in and out throughout the day. The family values a nanny who is confident, flexible, and comfortable collaborating closely with a hands-on parent. Over time, once trust is established, they would love for their nanny to plan enriching local outings, activities, and adventures in the community.

In addition to attentive childcare, the family is hoping for someone proactive who is happy to assist with tasks such as family laundry, light tidying, helping with dishes as needed, seasonal change over of children’s closets, and simple meal prep for the kids (Mom also prepares and freezes meals). The family has a fenced yard and will appreciate help letting their small dog out a few times per day.

The opportunity for travel is an exciting component of this role! The family spends time in Salt Lake City, Utah during the winter months. While not a requirement, they would love to find a provider who is open to accompanying them approximately 4-8 weeks total per year. 

The ideal nanny will be warm, active, adaptable, and excited to build a long-term relationship with this kind and welcoming family. While years of experience are less important than overall fit, the family is looking for someone confident with young children who enjoys being part of a dynamic, loving household and can grow with them for years to come!

Requirements:

2+ years of professional childcare experience

CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to become certified)

Safe and reliable vehicle

Willingness to make a long-term commitment
