(OPEN) Fun and Engaging Nanny Needed for Two Sweet Boys in Pittsford, NY!

Schedule: 25–35 hours/week, M–Th core hours 2–5:30pm and F 8:30am–5pm. Additional daytime, evening, or weekend hours available based on candidate preference.
Compensation: $28–32+/h DOE

A warm, laid-back family in Pittsford, NY is seeking an enthusiastic, engaged nanny to join their team and care for their two energetic boys, ages 4 and 6! Both parents work full-time, and with Dad traveling a few days per month and Mom returning to full-time hours, they’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys being with kids, brings positive energy to the day, and is excited to be “all in” when spending time with their boys.

The family is looking for a provider who prioritizes engagement, connection, and fun—whether that means heading to the zoo, baking cookies, going out to lunch, building Legos, or helping the boys burn off energy at the park. The boys thrive with caregivers who are warm, playful, active, and comfortable with normal “boy play,” including lots of movement and imagination. They are social, welcoming, and easygoing with new caregivers.

Core responsibilities include school pick-ups (2pm daily for their younger son), afternoon care until 5:30pm or later, and full-day care on Fridays for their 4-year-old. Additional hours are available earlier in the day for candidates who’d like to assist with household support such as running errands, grocery pick-ups, returning packages, preparing for birthday parties, or organizing small tasks around the home. Occasional weekend hours (very optional) and coverage on school-closure days would also be appreciated.

Their ideal nanny is warm, flexible, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. Experience is valued but personality and fit matter most!
