A warm, active family located along the Lake Ontario shoreline is seeking an engaging, reliable nanny to provide loving care for their three young daughters! The family’s current nanny who has become a wonderful part of their household will be returning to school in January, and they are hoping to find another kind, trustworthy caregiver who will be just as special to their girls.
The position offers a consistent weekly schedule of approximately 15–20 hours over 3–4 days per week (no Fridays needed). The family has flexibility with days and time blocks, and looks forward to finding a schedule and rhythm that works well for all parties! Mom works from home and values a collaborative, routine-based approach. The nanny will focus on creating a calm, engaging, and screen-free environment, supporting the girls through play, crafts, outdoor time, and simple, developmentally appropriate activities.
Daily routines include preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children, managing naps, and keeping play areas tidy and organized. The family would love someone who enjoys planning fun, hands-on activities, folding or hanging the children’s laundry as needed, and helping the girls learn to tidy up after themselves. Occasional school pickups or local outings may be part of the day, and the family car is available for use. They also have a friendly dog who may need to be let outside occasionally.
The ideal candidate is warm, creative, and knowledgeable about early childhood development. A love for crafts, books, and outdoor play will go a long way in this home, as will a dependable, proactive nature and an appreciation for structure and consistency.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, dependable nanny who loves working with young children and enjoys being part of a warm, organized household that values kindness, structure, and connection!
