The role offers a part-time weekday schedule of 4–5 hours daily, Monday through Friday. Start and end times can be flexible based on the nanny’s preference, and the family looks forward to solidifying a schedule that works well for everyone. One parent works remotely from a dedicated office, which allows for a steady daily rhythm while giving the nanny space to guide the child’s day-to-day care independently.
