(OPEN) Communicative, Experienced Part-Time Nanny for Warm and Flexible Family in Pittsford, NY!
Ages of Children: 15-month-old and newborn!
Start Date: July, 2025
Schedule: 10–15 hours per week across 3 days. For example, 8:30AM-2:00PM M/W/Th or similar. The family looks forward to finding a mutually agreed upon schedule that works well for all parties.
Compensation: $20-30/h DOE

A welcoming and easygoing family in Pittsford, NY is looking for a kind, experienced nanny to join them on a part-time but consistent basis beginning this July! The family has a sweet 1-year-old, and is expecting their second child in a few short months. They are ideally looking for 10–15 hours per week of daytime support across 3 days, M-F. A candidate who is dependable, proactive, and engaging, and who is excited to grow with their family long-term will be a wonderful fit!
This role will be primarily childcare-focused, with some days spent caring for both children, and others just one. Although not a requirement for the role, a candidate who is open to occasional family assistant or household management tasks such as seasonal closet changes, family laundry, or light organizing would be a bonus.
Their ideal nanny will bring calm confidence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for working with young children. They’re especially drawn to caregivers who are upbeat, positive, and who make the children feel safe and happy! Both parents are hands-on—Mom stays at home and Dad works outside of the home—and they’re looking for someone with a collaborative approach, while also taking initiative during solo time with the kids. Located near the Village of Pittsford, this family loves getting outside for walks and neighborhood strolls. Once a trusting relationship is established, they would love for their nanny to plan local outings and adventures as well!

Requirements:
2+ years of professional childcare experience
Safe and reliable vehicle
Up-to-date on routine vaccinations including COVID
Infant/toddler experience
CPR/First Aid certified
Willingness to make a long-term commitment
