A warm and welcoming Rochester family is seeking an experienced, nurturing full-time nanny to care for their first child beginning in January 2027! Both parents are physicians with demanding schedules and limited day-to-day flexibility, so they are hoping to find a dependable caregiver who can provide loving, attentive care while becoming a trusted and valued part of their family's support system for years to come.
The role will focus primarily on infant care, including feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, and age-appropriate developmental activities. As first-time parents, Mom and Dad are looking for a nanny who is confident with infants, flexible, and comfortable adapting as they learn their baby's unique personality, routines, and needs. They would love to work with someone who enjoys engaging with children throughout the day and who can create a warm, stimulating environment filled with interaction, play, and opportunities for learning and development.
As their child grows, the family hopes to find a nanny who enjoys getting out and about for walks, story times, classes, and other age-appropriate outings. A caregiver who is comfortable driving, safety-conscious, and excited to encourage exploration and new experiences will be a wonderful fit. While responsibilities will be primarily child-focused, there may be opportunities to assist with light child-related household tasks as the family settles into their routines.
The ideal candidate is warm, reliable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about working with infants and young children. Most importantly, the family is hoping to build a long-term relationship with a caregiver they trust completely—someone who will grow alongside their family and play an important role in their child's early years.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced nanny who adores infants and is excited to partner with appreciative first-time parents as they navigate this exciting new chapter together!
