Schedule: M-F 9:00am–5:00pm with flexibility for overtime
Compensation: $32–35+/h

A professional household team is seeking a highly experienced and dependable full-time housekeeper to support the day-to-day care and upkeep of several private family residences in Rochester, NY! This role is essential in maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming homes while working collaboratively with a larger household staff.

Responsibilities will include detailed daily housekeeping across assigned areas of the properties, including care of high-end finishes and furnishings, as well as assisting with laundry and wardrobe care such as washing, ironing, and closet organization. The housekeeper will also help maintain cleaning supply inventory, support seasonal deep-cleaning projects, and assist with event preparation and clean-up during the busier summer months. 

This position is best suited for candidates who are organized, service-oriented, and attentive to detail. The ideal candidate is reliable, discreet, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative household team. Flexibility is especially important during the summer season when schedules and household needs may shift.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in private homes or luxury hospitality

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of proper care for fine furnishings and surfaces

Professional, discreet, and trustworthy (NDA required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to make a long-term commitment
