Schedule: M-F 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional extended days as needed.
Compensation: $27–$32/h DOE

A busy and welcoming family in Rochester, NY is seeking a seasoned, developmentally minded full-time nanny to care for their energetic toddler and young infant! Both parents are physicians and maintain demanding schedules, and are eager to welcome a confident, dependable caregiver who can thoughtfully manage the needs of two little ones!
This is a childcare-centered role focused on attentive daily care including feeding, diapering, naps, and engaging play, while intentionally supporting each child’s growth and development. Their toddler benefits from child-led exploration balanced with gentle guidance in building independence (dressing, feeding, social skills) and thrives with clear, kind, and consistent boundaries. The family values a nanny who can blend warmth with steady leadership. For the baby, attentive care and an understanding of infant development and routines will be essential.
Responsibilities also include planning local outings such as park visits, library trips, and neighborhood walks, preparing simple, nutritious meals, and assisting with child-related laundry and maintaining tidy, organized play and nursery spaces.
The family is hoping to find someone loving yet professional, especially as Mom works from a home office part-time. An ideal candidate is calm, mature, and experienced managing two young children simultaneously, with the confidence and knowledge that comes from prior full-time nanny roles. Reliability, sound judgment, and respect for household boundaries are highly valued.

Requirements:
2+ years of professional childcare experience
Safe and reliable vehicle
CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to become certified
Up-to-date on routine vaccinations
Willingness to make a long-term commitment
