(OPEN) Patient & Caring Full-Time Nanny for Loving Family of Four Under Four in East Aurora, NY!

Age of Children: 4, 3, 2, and a newborn! 

Start Date: ASAP 

Schedule: M–F, 8:15am–4:15pm (some flexibility for the right candidate) 

Compensation: $25–30/hr, DOE

A warm, faith-centered family in East Aurora, NY is seeking an engaging and nurturing full-time nanny to support their four young children! With four little ones under the age of four, they are looking for a patient, organized, and genuinely child-centered caregiver who can become a trusted partner in their daily routines while helping create a joyful, structured, and loving home environment.

This role will focus primarily on caring for the children as part of a collaborative team with Mom. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, preparing breakfast and simple child-related meals and snacks, planning engaging activities, encouraging outdoor play, assisting with potty training, taking children to appointments when needed, and helping provide individualized attention throughout the day. The family’s two oldest girls were born prematurely, and one daughter uses a walker for mobility assistance and has consistent therapy and aquatic appointments throughout the week. A nanny who is comfortable supporting her additional developmental needs and transporting the children to and from appointments and outings using the family vehicle will be a wonderful fit. As the children grow, the family would also love a caregiver who enjoys introducing early learning activities and helping support their future homeschooling journey through school readiness, reading, and hands-on educational play.

The family values calm, consistent caregiving rooted in firm boundaries, patience, and respect. They are hoping to find someone who is experienced caring for multiple young children at once, remains steady during tantrums and busy moments, and truly has a passion for early childhood. Child-related tidying, organizing toys and play spaces, wiping down the kitchen after meals, and helping keep the children's areas running smoothly are appreciated, while Mom plans to continue managing the family's broader household responsibilities.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional childcare experience, including experience with infants and multiple young children

Safe & reliable vehicle

CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to become certified)

Willingness to make a long-term commitment
