(FILLED) Kind, Special Needs Experienced Temporary After-School Nanny for Welcoming Family in Buffalo, NY!

Ages of children: 8 and 4 years old

Contract Dates: ASAP - August, 2025

Schedule: The typical schedule will fall M-Th 3:30pm-7:00pm, and Fridays from 3:30pm-6:30pm. Additional Saturday night hours available based on candidate preference!

Compensation: $25-26/hr DOE

Benefits: Guaranteed hours, PTO, sick days, paid major holidays

This kind and professional family in Buffalo, NY, is looking for an exceptional temporary nanny to step in and cover for their amazing provider who is on leave for a medical issue until the end of August! The family has two sweet children who are 8 and 4 years old, and they are hoping to find a candidate to join them as soon as possible. 

The family’s youngest child has special needs, so a provider who is knowledgeable and confident in providing nurturing care to neurodivergent children will be a wonderful fit! School and summer camp pick ups, as well as after-school and early evening routines will be the focus of this role, so a candidate who is comfortable transporting children and supporting those afternoon transitions will be a welcome addition. While childcare will be the main focus of this role, the family would be grateful to work with a nanny who is open to providing some assistance with light household tidying of common areas when time allows.

Requirements

2+ years of professional childcare experience

CPR/First Aid certified 

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Willingness to commit to the full contract dates
