A kind and organized family in Pittsford, NY is seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their two young children – a sweet infant and a playful toddler who are just 18 months apart! With both parents working from home at times (Dad full-time, Mom part-time), they’re hoping to find someone confident, capable, and collaborative who can step in and keep things running smoothly during the busy morning hours.

This family is routine-oriented and would love a nanny who can confidently manage schedules for naps and meals, while also engaging the children in developmentally appropriate activities like gross motor play, reading, and exploring their neighborhood. Their toddler may soon attend a part-time preschool, which would allow for more one-on-one time with the baby.

Their ideal candidate has experience juggling multiple young children, excellent time management skills, and a warm, calm presence. Child-related tidying is appreciated, such as washing bottles, cleaning up after meals, and folding kids’ laundry if time allows. Above all, they want someone who prioritizes the kids and brings joyful, consistent care each day.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional childcare experience

Confident caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously

Familiarity with infant and toddler developmental milestones

CPR/First Aid certified

Willing to make a long-term commitment
